User Account : Registration on this website optional. Users agree to provide accurate, true, and complete information about themselves and any beneficiaries as prompted by the registration form. If we find any information to be inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete, we retain the right to suspend or terminate your account and registration, and refuse any or all current and/or future use of this website and its offerings. If you opt to register and create an account on this website, you agree and undertake that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID, password, and other sensitive login credentials. We will not be held liable or responsible for loss of finances and/or any inconveniences and mental anguish that may arise out of the failure on the users' end to protect their sensitive data (password, ID, credit card details, account information, etc.) from misuse. You also agree not to use any other party's user ID and password for any purpose without genuine and proper authorization from such party to do so.

The prices and fares we offer on this website generally include flights and accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise), and some meals in specific cases. The fare never comprises personal expenses or additional costs, such as tours you decide to take on your own, telephone calls, entrance fees to monuments and other tourist places, bar charges, dining out, shopping, activities like spa, park visits, etc.
While we endeavor to offer the lowest possible fares to destinations within and outside of India, all prices and fares are subject to change as per availability, destination, market trends, third-party service providers, and booking terms and conditions, among other vital things.
We have a secure payment gateway that allows customers to make online payments through a safe and secure transaction process that ensures their personal security codes and information will not be revealed under any circumstances. We may at times process payments through third-party payment gateways. Users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including those in India and abroad when making payments as part of transacting with us. We do not guarantee payments to vendors and third parties for amounts that we have not successfully received from the users/customers.
Modes of payments available at Plan My Tour India Pvt. Ltd. include but are not limited to Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallet, UPI, PayPal, and EMI, to name a few. We reserve the right to add new payment modes or eliminate any existing ones, as per changing policies, rules, trends, and requirements.
The terms and conditions of your use of this website warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal authority to enter into a binding legal contract/obligation.
You agree to use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
You will use this website only for legitimate reservations for yourself or others, on whose behalf you are legally authorized to do so.
You will inform the persons on whose behalf you make bookings and reservations about the terms and conditions applicable to all reservations you have made for them, including the rules and restrictions applicable thereto.
All content and information provided by you to this website is accurate, true, and complete; in case of errors in processing the information you have provided us with, you will be held solely responsible for the same.
You agree to safeguard your account by keeping your user ID, password, and other sensitive personal details confidential.
You are solely responsible for payment and/or reimbursement of all charges, duties, assessments, taxes (including service tax), and fees arising out of the use of this website.
You agree that we are not liable or responsible for someone else using or accessing your personal account on this website; it is your sole responsibility to keep such sensitive information confidential and safe.
You will monitor and ensure no minors access and use your personal account.
You agree that we retain the right to deny anyone access to this website and the products and services offered herein, at any time and/or for any reason, including but not limited to the violation of this Agreement.
You agree to pay the entire amount of your reservation/booking at the appropriate time, as per the booking terms and conditions. All tickets issued to you shall be additionally governed under the applicable terms and conditions of the respective airline/third-party supplier. Details of services, flights, routes, amenities, aircraft type, seat availability, and more are typically provided by the airline, and we have no control over any such information provided by these parties. If your ticket is directly canceled by the airline, rail, or bus company, you agree to inform us immediately so we can initiate the process of refund, as and when applicable.
All images and information pertaining to hotels and other categories on this website are as per the information provided by the respective hotels and service providers. This information is for reference only, and the actuality may vary, depending on the service provider. Any discrepancies that you may find between the images on this website and the actual hotel/destination settings shall be raised by you with the hotel directly, and resolved between the hotel and you.
We bear no responsibility toward images and other representation of hotels and services or products we receive from our partners and third-party suppliers, and shall not take any liability for any potential discrepancies. Therefore, if you decide to make a reservation based solely on the information and images you find on this website, you agree to do so at your own discretion.
Booking Terms and Conditions :
50 Percent advance of the total amount should be paid at the time of booking.
Air ticket fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation, and is subject to change at the time of booking.
100 Percent payment (total booking amount without any dues) should be made for domestic packages before 4 days of the departure date.
100 Percent payment (total booking amount without any dues) should be made for international packages before 7 days of the departure date.
In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the relevant policies, terms, and conditions.
Amendments :
Amendment charges when transacting through this website are subject to change as per the policy of the airline and third-party suppliers, which may vary as per flight timings, booking class, and other criteria. It is advisable to contact the airlines directly to cancel flights within 24 hours of the journey, and then send/forward the cancellation request to us so we can initiate the refund process, if applicable. We are not liable or responsible for any cancellations, delays, or amendments of flights from the airline's end.
In cases of unutilized bookings or no-show, customers are required to make requests for possible valid refunds compliant with the defined policies within 90 days from the travel date and/or the date of check-in for hotel bookings, applicable in the case of air, rail, bus, and cab tickets. There will be no refund payable to you for requests raised after the expiry of these stipulated 90 days of travel date/check-in as aforesaid, and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized bookings and no-shows shall be deemed to have been forfeited, according to applicable rules and regulations.
Cancellations :
You can make cancellations online or offline through your account/booking section, or by sending an email to our email address. All bookings made on this website are subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline and other service providers, which may vary depending on airline, booking class, and other relevant details. We may levy a negligible amount of cancellation service charge for domestic and international travel. Please note that some bookings and reservations may not be partially canceled as per the airline's and/or service provider's booking policies. Some bookings and reservations may be no-refundable as per the airline's policy and other third-party service providers.
Terms for Domestic and International Travel :
In case you wish to prepone/postpone your travel dates, you must reach out to us 15 days prior to the journey date via email/SMS.
You can prepone/postpone your tour/trip only once without any additional charges, if intimated before 15 days of the travel date in a written request.
Postponing & preponing bookings for the second time will attract additional charges.
Few service providers (hoteliers, transport companies, airlines, etc.) may levy postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the specified requirements. In such cases, postpone/prepone charges will be deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and cost will be subject to availability of hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of the travel date.
In rare cases, such as adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the travel package can be postponed, which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives.
Please Note: In order to transfer your booking, you must meet all the above terms and conditions.
The user/customer agrees to defend and indemnify our group of companies and business partners and any of their employees, officers, agents, directors, and other associates from and against any claims, demands, losses, causes of action, penalties, recoveries, fines, damages, and/or any other costs/expenses of any nature, including but not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting charges brought about by third parties as a result of,
your use of our services and products
your violation of any laws or the rights of a third-party
your breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and other policies on this website
to the extent that such losses and damages are not caused by the actions of our group of companies and/or our business partners, wherever applicable.
The user will receive an email from us when the user opts to transact with this website, intimating them of the status of their transaction(s). The email will be sent to the email address you provide us with, and we are not liable or responsible for the receipt of the supposed email in your inbox. Therefore, it is advisable to provide the correct email ID at the time of registration.
You acknowledge and agree that the SMS sent by us is an added advantage to you when it comes to the convenience of bookings/reservations.
We are not liable or responsible for changes in your flight schedules, hotel bookings, cancellations, and/or airline status changes, and if you do not receive communication for the same as a result of incorrect email ID, telephone numbers, and other contact details provided by you.
When you send any communications and/or materials to the website via email or other channels, including but not limited to data, queries, comments, suggestions, etc., we treat all such communication as non-confidential. As such, you surrender all claims that the use of any of these materials and communications sent by you violates your rights, including privacy, moral, proprietary, publicity, property, rights to credit for ideas/materials, and any other rights. You also give up your right to approve or guide the way we use these communications and materials.
We reserve the right to store, copy, disclose, adapt, perform, broadcast, post, license, publish, sell, transmit, and use all information voluntarily submitted to this website by users, in any medium at any time.
The user agrees not to abuse, defame, harass, threaten, stalk, and otherwise violate the legal rights of others. This includes refraining from publishing, posting, uploading, disseminating, and/or distributing any profane, indecent, inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, and/or infringing name, topic, material, image, or information.
The user will not upload or distribute any files containing viruses, corrupted software, and any other similar program that may damage the operation and functionality of this website or another user's computer. You will also refrain from sending or forwarding contests, surveys, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and the like.
The user will not advertise or offer to sell or buy any services and products on this website for business purposes, unless expressly obtained communication from us to do so, as per our terms and conditions.
The user agrees not to download files posted by another customer/user containing communication, information, and material that, the user knows or is reasonably aware of, cannot be legally distributed in this manner.
We retain the right to review any and all communications from the users and customers, and may remove any or all of these at our sole discretion. We also have the right to terminate or suspend a user's account without any notice whatsoever if it does not meet our terms and conditions of use.
We have the right to disclose your communications and materials as and when necessary to comply with legal processes, applicable laws, government directives, regulations, and other requests we deem important. We also retain the right to edit, remove, or refuse to post communication or materials that in part or as a whole violate our terms and conditions.
We do not control or endorse, and are not liable/responsible for the content, communication, information, and messages that users participate in, and cannot be held responsible or liable for the results/consequences of such actions.
The user agrees not to violate any applicable rules, regulations, and terms of this Agreement enforced in India and abroad with regard to communication and other aspects of using this website.
You agree to consult the relevant Consulate or Embassy for accurate passport and Visa requirements prior to booking a trip and/or service with us. Requirements may change periodically, so it's important that users/customers of this website check for updated information well ahead of booking travel through this website, as it allows for them to have sufficient time for all necessary/relevant applications. You must have a valid passport, Visa, and other required documents at all times as per the changing rules and regulations for domestic and international travel. International bookings made through us are subject to all Visa requirements including but not limited to transit Visa, which must be obtained by you as per the relevant requirements.
We are not liable or responsible if you are refused entry onto a cruise ship, flight, bus, or train (wherever applicable), or into any country and/or region, due to your conduct and/or failure to carry all the essential, correct, and adequate travel documents sought by the travel provider, country (including countries you are traveling/transiting through to get to a destination), government agencies, and other relevant authorities. These conditions apply to all stops and layovers made by an aircraft, cruise ship, bus, train, and other travel channels, even if you do not leave the aircraft, airport, cruise ship, bus, and train station.
Some governments may require airlines to provide personal information about the travelers onboard their aircraft. This personal data will be collected when you check in at the airport or in other circumstances while you are making the booking. We are not liable or responsible for how/why this information is collected and used by such third parties. You are advised to contact the relevant airline/cruise/bus/rail authorities you are traveling with for any queries you might have about the collection and use of your personal details by them.
We do not represent or warrant that travel to any domestic or international destination is advisable or without risk, and are not liable and/or responsible for any potential damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations. You agree that the decision to travel to any domestic and international destination is solely yours.
Plan My Tour India Pvt. Ltd. does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for any/all services offered by third-party vendors and service providers through this website, the marketplace, or any other linked sites. We make no representations or warranties whatsoever about and shall not be liable/responsible for the vendors and all third parties, their products and services, including representations related to non-infringement of the intellectual property rights of such third party vendors and service providers.
You agree that any and all transactions you have with third parties and service providers are at your own discretion and risk. The services and products offered by third party vendors and service providers are subject to their individual terms and conditions for warranty, maintenance, and service, and we do not accept any liability and/or responsibility for the same. We are also not liable and/or responsible for the services and products availed by you.
We specifically disclaim any liability with regard to any deficiency of service and/or product availed by you from third parties, and we shall not assume any liability and/or responsibility if the service and/or product availed by you from third parties is not as per the specifications detailed in the booking confirmation.
Children below the age of 12, 18, 21, and any other age deemed legal as per the rules, laws, and regulations of the relevant country (domestic and international) will not be allowed to travel alone, unless accompanied by a person/guardian of legal age (as per the relevant country's applicable law). Such minors must be seated next to the accompanying adult during travel. The accompanying adult/guardian is solely responsible for the safety and well-being of the minor/minors under their care/traveling with them. Therefore, users/customers booking travel with minors in their care must carefully pick seats that ensure the underage child/children are seated together with them.
The user agrees that we are not liable or responsible for the unavailability of any special services and products they may need, including but not limited to special meal requests, accessibility-friendly hotels, specific travel times, non-smoking rooms, etc. It is advisable to check a holiday destination, hotel, travel mode, and other relevant aspects carefully prior to making a booking and/or reservation to ensure any special needs and requests are met without hassles. We are also not responsible for the failure of any of our third party service providers from meeting such requests.
You agree that we are not responsible for any sudden hike in prices, rates, taxes, or tariffs after or prior to you making a booking/reservation with us, as these are out of our control. As such, you can and will be charged extra for hike in entrance fees, guide charges, fuel costs, and other relevant services and products even after the finalization of your booking/reservation with us. If the government (domestic and international) revises some taxes and travel services and products, clients (you) are liable to pay the difference/extra amount.
This website and/or any of its third party service providers may at times run contests, offers, programs, and other interactions that may require you to send/inform private materials and information about yourself to qualify to participate in such events. Please note that all such activities and events running on this website are operated on the basis of their own set of rules and regulations, which you agree to read and review before agreeing to participate in them. If you do not consent to reveal private information about yourself or to any of the rules therein, you are advised to refrain from participating in all such events, activities, and programs.
